The CSA box this week will be the first box that looks like spring has finally arrived. We are picking micro mix, spinach, and mixed salad greens. These will all be in the CSA this week. It is a good thing because root vegetables are almost gone. It looks like we will have enough green onions and green garlic for the CSA within a couple weeks. Romaine lettuce, leaf lettuce, and cilantro are doing well but still need a few weeks. We will be focusing on the CSA and some wholesale sales for the time being and will not be attending the market for now.
