Please fill out the following information to apply for our CSA.

Note that there are a limited number of spaces available - applying does not guarentee that we'll be able to accept your membership. We will contact each person once their account has been created to notify you regarding the status of your application. As well, we don't take payment electronically - you pay for your membership when you pick up your first order.

As well, the email address and password are used to login to your CSA account, where you can check your account balance, put your account on hold (if you're going on vacation, for example), customize an order, etc.
